    Dress Elegant. Bring Champagne. Ride through the streets of Portland wearing your finest clothes, drinking the finest beverage of all time, or at least some approximation thereof. Easy light paced route with a few stops along the way. The ride ends at Colonel Summers Park in time to meet up with the Dropouts prom. Youll already be dressed and ready to dance. Note: Champagne disappears quickly. This works best if everybody brings at least one bottle of bubbly. Brut recommended, appetizers and nibbles always welcome. No minors. Plan to take your empties, everything with you, Leave no bubbles behind. Bowties provided. Pants, are optional. Meet at 6:30pm LADD Circle, darling this ride departs ever so promptly at 7:00pm .
