    You don't need to do Soul Cycle to know biking is movement, rhythm, and improvising the way you move your body through your surroundings. Have you ever wondered why, on a party ride with a bunch of great sound systems, everyone isn't dancing? Wonder no more, work on your bike dance moves, and ride to Trivia with Rinna & Alex at Beulahland (21+), the proceeds of which will benefit Bikes for Humanity. Helmets recommended, and this probably isn't the best context to try to stand on your top tube for the first time.
