    Chain Reaction is a small bike co-op in the basement of a residential building in Old Town. I am the person tasked with coordinating this venture and so far have not widely promoted it, though we were a stop on last year's Portland Bike Non-Profit Ride. This will be the very first annual Chain Reaction Ride. We will meet at Chain Reaction, in the basement of the The Estate, 225 NW Couch, for a 60 minute reception with light refreshments and I will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions. at 8:00pm, we will depart on a leisurely tour of our fair waterfront. Ride will be a loop and we aim to finish by 9pm.
